Mutton White krhai

Ingredients.
Half a kilo of mutton 
Yogurt 250 grams 
Onion (finely chopped) 1 tsp 
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp 
A medium piece of ginger 
Coriander half a gudi 
green chillies 
tablespoon of chopped coriander
1 tablespoon of ground cumin 
Black pepper as needed 
Salt to taste 
Oil half a cup 
Combination 
Heat oil in a pan and lightly fry ginger garlic paste and add onion. After two or three minutes, add mutton. Now add green spices, curd and water. Cover it so that the meat melts and the oil separates. Serve it garnished with green coriander, green chilli and ginger slices. Note. Use undercut meat to make Mutton Kadhai.
